Yes, ToNiagara Tours runs Day/Evening Tours everyday. Sometimes tours are cancelled due to bad weather. If that occures we will try and inform you as early as possible and reimburse your trip fully if it is cancelled.

No, the Voyage To The Falls Boat Tour stays on the Canadian side, you do not need a Passport or USA VISA to board the boat.
It depends on the weather, however the Voyage To The Falls Boat Tour usually closes for the winter on November 26th (date may change due to winter temperatures). If the Hornblower Boat Cruise is closed, you will visit the Journey Behind The Falls Attraction (or Skylon Tower, if Journey Behind The Falls is unavailable) instead.

Yes, You can stay over at the Niagara Falls or Niagara-on-the-Lake and we will pick you up the next day with an additional price of $129. We will pick you up from your Niagara Falls hotels at 2:30 p.m. or Niagara-On-The-Lake at 4 p.m. (you will need to reserve your own Hotel accomodations).
A Day Tour is approximately 12 hours (including travel time); you are picked up between 8:30-9:30 AM and dropped off around 8:00 PM. An Evening tour is approximately 12 hours. Pick-up is around 1:30-2:00 PM and you are dropped off at around 12:00 AM.
It is a good idea to bring a light rain jacket, the power of Niagara Falls generates a fair amount of mist. We recommend wearing running shoes. Dress in layers, that way if you get too warm you can remove clothing. It is recommended that you take your smartphone with a camera or any camera so you can capture the memories of Niagara Falls!

Lunch is not included in any of ToNiagara Tours. However, you can purchase the Lunch as an add-on. The lunch is a healthy alternative to the fast food restaurants around the area

Lunch (for day tours) and dinner (for evening tours) is served at The Skylon Towers. It has a large buffet with many selections and a great view overlooking the Falls.
You have approximately 2 hours to explore the Niagara Falls area on your tour and eat lunch. If you eat lunch at the buffet (which we recommend) you will have approximately 1 hour to explore the Niagara Falls area. Many people like to stroll around Clifton Hill shopping and sightseeing.

If, for any reason you are unable to fly, ToNiagara will issue a FULL REFUND. If you need to change/cancel Helicopter Tour dates please call or email us. 
Niagara Falls Day/Evening and Private Tours
To change/cancel Niagara Falls Day/Evening/Private Tour dates please call or email us. 
Customers will receive a FULL REFUND if they call at least 24 hours ahead to cancel.
If a Day or Evening Tour is cancelled less than 24 hours ahead NO REFUND will be provided.
a. You are responsible for arriving on time to your Niagara Falls Bus Tour. The pickup vehicle will usually wait for a few minutes; however, if you arrive late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be provided. ToNiagara will specify your pickup time and location through email.
b. If, for any reason your tour is cancelled (due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or any other method of payment as applicable.
c. Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge.
d. To switch your tour from day tour to evening tour, custom tour or vice versa, you will have to pay the difference in the tour fee. There are no additional processing fees.  If you are switching to a less expensive tour, ToNiagara will refund the difference to your credit card.
e. In the rare event of a bus/vehicle breakdown all efforts will be made to continue the tour (another vehicle or vehicles may be sent to pick you up.) NO REFUND will be provided
for any time lost on the tour or change in passenger vehicle.  If the tour is cancelled due to bus/vehicle breakdown ToNiagara will be provide a full refund.

NOTE:  ToNiagara is an Online Ticketing Agent providing tickets for the Voyage To The Falls Boat Tours.  All sales and departure dates are FINAL for all Voyage To The Falls Boat Tours and Fireworks Cruises.
Tickets for ALL Fireworks Cruises are NON Refundable. Rescheduling or modifying your booking  is not permitted once tickets are administered.

Reschedule at any time up to two hours before your Voyage To The Falls Boat cruise, or cancel at any time up to two hours before your cruise and receive a full refund, minus the Ticket Assurance fee, if you purchase Ticket Assurance.

If you do not purchase Ticket Assurance, you have up to 48 hours prior to the cruise to reschedule else; this is a non-refundable final sale once the order is placed. Any requested change is subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make a requested change.

Smoking and consumption of alcohol onboard any of our vehicles is prohibited, though charter groups can store unopened alcoholic beverages in the luggage bays for consumption at their destination.

We have a fleet of vehicles ranging from 1-4 passenger Lincoln Town Cars to luxurious 56 passenger Coach Buses. We can accommodate any group of Tour goers in style.

Commercial vehicles do not require baby carrier seats, passengers with infants usually carry the infant with them during the tour. Baby carrier seats are not supplied, however you can bring your own baby carrier seat at no extra charge
