Whirlpool State Park

The Niagara River turns 90 degrees at the location of Whirlpool State Park, which is located on top of the Niagara Gorge. The river transforms into a massive vortex when a set of class 6 white water rapids tries to pass around the 90-degree bend. There are restrooms nearby as well.
