    Cancellation & Refund Policy

    • If you need to change/cancel tour dates please call or email us. Customers will receive a 80% refund if they call at least 48 hours ahead to cancel. If a tour is cancelled less than 48 hours ahead 50% of the total booking fee (taxes included) is charged.
    • You are responsible for arriving on time to your Private Tour. If you arrive late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be provided. ToNiagara will specify your pickup time and location through email.
    • If, for any reason your tour is cancelled (due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or any other method of payment as applicable.
    • Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge, however must be done within 24 hours of booking.
    • To switch your Private tour to a larger vehicle, you will have to pay the difference in the vehicle fee. There are no additional processing fees. If you reschedule a tour, the cancellation policy is applied based on the original purchase time and original start date of the experience. If you are switching to a less expensive Private Tour, ToNiagara will refund the difference to your credit card.
    • In the rare event of a bus/vehicle breakdown all efforts will be made to continue the tour (another vehicle or vehicles may be sent to pick you up.) NO REFUND will be provided for any time lost on the tour or change in passenger vehicle. If the tour is cancelled due to bus/vehicle breakdown ToNiagara will be provide a full refund.

    That depends entirely on you! Most people are picked up between 9 and 11AM for private tours

    Yes, Tipping is always optional, if your time is enjoyable and want to thank your tour guide then gratuities are very much appreciated. 10% - 20% is the usual tip.

    All our guides speak English fluently and a licensed by the Niagara Parks Commission. If you require a tour in a different language, you may have to pay for a stand alone tour guide if you need a different language.

    The amount of walking depends entirely on you. Niagara-on-the-Lake is a beautiful, old town, there is quite a lot of walking there and also quite a few steps. Niagara Falls is a little more modern and accessible, however the amount you walk is related to the amount you want to see!
