A total refund is applicable for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the experience.

For a full refund, ensure all cancellation are made no later than 24 hours in advance to the Tour's start-time.
The amount you paid for booking will not be returned if you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience begins.

Any alterations requested with less than 24 hours until the experience's start time won't be permitted.

Cutoff times are established based on the Tour's local time.

Ten minutes prior to the time of the scheduled hotel pickup (mentioned below), please check in at the tour desk in the lobby of your hotel: 40 minutes before the scheduled start of the trip, Sheraton on the Falls 30 minutes before the commencement of the tour, at the Howard Johnson on Victoria Avenue Twenty-five minutes before the commencement of the tour, Hilton Fallsview 20 minutes before the trip begins at Marriott on the Falls, 15 minutes at Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa.
